Ignite+ focuses on transition, aspiration, and future readiness.

Ignite+ is a bespoke post-16 provision for young people aged 16–25, building on the core principles of our Ignite programme with a stronger focus on education, vocational pathways, and preparation for adulthood.

Ignite+ is designed to build confidence, independence, and readiness for next steps, supporting progression into further education, apprenticeships, employment, or supported internships.

Learners take part in guided work experience with our community partners across a range of sectors, alongside targeted life skills and SEMH support.

Included in these sessions are: 

60 hour short courses in:

  • Computing
  • Construction
  • Hair and Beauty
  • Hospitality
  • Land-based Sector
  • Manufacturing
  • Uniformed Services

1:1 SEMH and Pastoral support

Daily reports with in depth detail of each learners experience and achievements.

Clear progression pathways into further and higher education, including college and university.

When and where:

The programme runs daily from 10:00am to 2:00pm, with transport available depending on location.

Ignite+ Football Futures

Ignite+ Football Futures is a post-16, career-focused pathway for young people aged 16–25 with a passion for football and sport. The programme offers recognised qualifications in coaching, scouting, academy refereeing, sports media and social media production, and sports health and wellbeing.

Designed to build confidence, skills, and real-world experience, the pathway supports progression into further education, apprenticeships, employment, or supported internships within the football and sports industry.
